General Policy:

All payments received in respect of any reservations are non-refundable.  If requested more than 14 days before the arrival date, reservations may be changed to a future date, subject to the changed date being within 12 months of the original booking and payment of any price difference at the time of the future booking. Any amount paid at the time of the original booking will be held as a deposit against the future booking. Please note, if you are unable to use the original payment within 12 months of the original date booked, it will be lost.

Special events, packages and reduced rate deals:

All bookings for packages, special events and any reduced rates have special terms which will be communicated at the time of booking and in the confirmation notification.

Reservations at discounted rates generally require a full prepayment at the time of booking. Please note, if you are unable to use the original payment within 12 months of the original date booked, it will be lost.

Bookings made through Travel Agents, Tour Operators or Online Travel Agents, please refer to the Agent’s terms and conditions.
