“Chi Running uses principles from t’ai chi to help runners at all levels to move more mindfully and efficiently, improving performance and reducing risk of injury. And when running feels easier, it’s also more enjoyable!”

Following the success of the 2017 Chi Running weekend, this exciting event for Sark will return in 2018, lead by Hannah Kirkman and includes:

2 nights accommodation on Friday 20th and Saturday 21st April
Light breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning
Light lunch of homemade Soup on Saturday and Sunday
4 x one hour Yoga sessions on Friday evening, Saturday morning, Saturday evening and Sunday morning
2 x two hour Chi Running training sessions on Saturday morning and Sunday morning
Video analysis of your current running form
2 guided Chi runs along the beautiful tracks and spectacular clifftop paths of Sark

The special weekend package is priced as follows:

Single person – £400
Two people sharing a room – £550

The following upgrades are available:

A more substantial lunch (if required)  from our popular Bistro menu (ordered on the day)
