The main Sark restaurant at Stocks features stylish fine dining from imaginative, daily changing menus. Local dairy products, vegetables, meat, fish and shellfish are all featured.

Much of the local produce is grown organically. Numerous awards have been received from the leading food guides including six, consecutive AA Red Rosettes and three Guernsey Silver Distinction awards.
