Sark Spring Lamb Celebration 19th-24th March

Sark’s local shepherd, Dave Scott, is famous for his locally reared lambs. Sarkees and visitors have enjoyed Sark lamb on local menus for years, and at Stocks we will celebrate the first lambs of the 2012 season being ready for the table.

From the 19th to the 24th March we will have an additional menu exclusively celebrating Sark’s local lamb.
