The island of Sark has been associated with healthy living and a feeling of well being for generations. The combination of the clean, un-polluted air and great walks with stunning views have helped people to feel stimulated and re-vitalised whilst visiting the island.

At Stocks we endeavour to complement the natural charms of Sark. We have created the Venus Room, a health & beauty facility located in the old stables at Stocks.  It has already become popular with local residents and regular visitors to Sark alike. Our visiting beauty therapist and qualified masseuse can provide a wide range of treatments ranging from facials to exfoliation; from Indian head massages to foot massages; plus aromatherapy, reflexology and associated therapies.  After a strenuous day of walking in Sark, a good massage before a refreshing shower and dinner will leave your mind, body and soul feeling invigorated, refreshed and totally relaxed. Just what Dr Sark ordered!

For the more energetically inclined we have created a small gymnasium in the old stables at Stocks. Some simple cardio-vascular machines are available. These include a small multi-gym, a cross trainer and a rowing machine. The gym is un-supervised. Anyone who uses the gym does so entirely at their own risk. The gym is not available to anyone aged 18 years of age or younger.

Adjacent to the swimming pool is a new Jacuzzi style spa pool for adults only. The perfect way to relax and de-stress after a day of strenuous activities out and about on the island.
