Sark Events & Festivals
- Sark is a living, breathing, working small community. Whilst it is certainly not a tourist theme park there are a number of popular small events and attractions organised throughout the year for locals (Sarkese) and visitors alike. These include;
- Tennerfest gourmet short breaks from 1st October until 12th November
- Wildflower Fortnight
- Sark Folk Festival
- Midsummer Show
- Sark Sheep Racing
- Grand Autumn Show
- Festival of the Sea
- Horse, Dog and Pet Show
- Live music concerts arranged throughout the year by the Sark Music Society
- Film shows and similar evenings
- The Sark Sports Club organises a busy and varied schedule of sporting events throughout the year. These include regular cricket, football and hockey matches plus occasional games of rugby.
- The annual “Sark Ten” running race is normally held on the last Saturday in May. This challenging cross country race attracts hardy runners of all ages from far and wide.
