We are passionate about sourcing the freshest, tastiest and finest quality seasonal ingredients for our menus.
Traditionally we have used some wonderful produce, grown and harvested by friends and kindred spirits who live close to Stocks.
We are now fortunate to have our own market gardens, which are lovingly tended by Helen and her small team.
Ideally we would love to grow all our fresh fruit and vegetable requirements but this would take a small army of gardeners.
Instead we concentrate on a growing a small quantity of high quality seasonal produce which we use on a regular basis.
Throughout the summer months our produce often finds itself on the plate within minutes of being pulled or cut from the ground.
Seafood is landed from the small local fishing fleet and delivered straight to the hotel often whilst it is still wriggling!
Tennerfest comes to Sark every year. Seasonal gourmet taster dinner menu available between 1st October and 12th November annually.
